"A very well presented three bedroom mid terrace house which benefits from a conservatory, ground floor WC, low maintenance rear garden and paved off road parking to the front. The property is situated in Aylestone which has a good range of local amenities. The property is approached via a paved frontage which leads to a front door which opens into a porch and then the hallway. From the hallway stairs rise to the first floor and there is an under stairs cupboard. To the right is the lounge which has a modern gas fire, radiator and bay window to the front. Beyond this is the kitchen which has been refitted and features a gas cooker point with cooker hood over, plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge freezer, light wood wall and base cupboards with work surfaces and sink drainer and open access to the inner lobby. From here access is given to the WC and storage cupboard and also the conservatory which is of uPVC covered wood construction and which opens into the rear garden. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two doubles and a single, as well as a refitted shower room which has a suite comprising of shower and cubicle, WC and wash basin. There is partial tiling and a window to the rear elevation. Externally, there is a shared gated side passage which leads to a low maintenance rear garden having paved and slate chipped areas, planted beds, metal shed and a greenhouse. Situation Situated in the popular residential district of Aylestone, Leicester and is close to local shops, schools, parks, Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital and Leicester University. Grace Road Cricket Ground is close by as is Aylestone Leisure Centre. The area is also served well by local bus routes and has convenient access to the city of Leicester. Directions Leave Leicester City Centre via A426/Aylestone Road. After passing the River Soar on the right hand side turn left into Grace Road. Then take a left into Knighton Lane and right into Vernon Road where the property can be observed on the left hand side and identified by the Harrison Murray ‘For Sale’ board."
