This is a three bedroom mid town house that benefits from gas central heating and double glazing. The accommodation briefly comprises of a hall with downstairs wc, living room and fitted dining kitchen. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Location

Trigo Close is located approximately 3.5 miles north of Leicester city centre. It is within access to Beaumont Leys shopping complex which accommodate a Tesco superstore and additional shops, such as Next and Argos. It is also within access to Leicester city centre with bus routes coming in and out and the A46 western by pass. Trigo Close is situated within an established residential locality and an internal viewing is highly recommended.

The property would be suitable for a variety of buyers as it is well presented. The accommodation comprises of a hall which then takes us through to our main living room. The main living room being nicely decorated and having plenty of natural light coming through its front aspect double glazed window. Through into our fitted dining kitchen which benefits from a range of base and wall units, laminated work surfaces and built in appliances and plenty of natural light coming through its double glazed window and also having double glazed door leading through to the rear garden. On the first floor we have three bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside to the front of the property we have off road parking and to the rear of the property we have a rear garden comprising a slabbed patio leading to lawns, flower beds, fenced border and brick built store.
