"Wildwood is a beautiful, 1930's period detached residence located on the prestigious Stoughton Lane, with far-reaching countryside views across to the historic Lady Walk which links the village to Stoughton Grange. The property which has been in the ownership of the same family since the late 1970s has been beautifully maintained and is now thought suitable for general upgrading.

LOCATION Stoughton Lane has long been regarded as one of, if not the, prime address in rural south Leicestershire; the combination of convenience to the city centre, professional quarters and mainline railway station offering access to London St Pancras in just over an hour together with some of the Countys finest rolling countryside on the doorstep creates a unique environment. Evington village, less than half a mile distant provides a range of shopping facilities catering for most day-to-day needs with local schooling in the state and private sector at both junior and secondary level available within Oadby and Great Glen. ACCOMMODATION A solid oak front door leads into a porch and then a reception hall housing a spacious cloakroom, storage cupboard, staircase to the first floor and gives access to the principal reception rooms which all enjoy superb views over the garden and countryside beyond. DIRECTIONAL NOTE From the centre of Leicester travel via the A6 in a southerly direction, turning eventually left at the traffic light complex into Stoughton Road which eventually becomes Gartree Road. At the Gartree roundabout take the second exit and the mini roundabout take the first exit continuing along Gartree Road, take the first left turn into Shady Lane and at the mini roundabout take the second exit onto Stoughton Lane where the property is situated on the right hand side.
