"Located in an idyllic setting off a private road off Stoughton Lane, a magnificent and spacious barn conversion constructed in 2006. The property is immaculately presented, unusually having attractive lawned gardens to the front, side and rear.

LOCATION The village of Stoughton is conveniently located approximately two and a half miles east of Leicester city centre, enjoying a small rural community centred around the parish church and village hall with local amenities found at the nearby Evington village. Goose Barn forms part of a small development surrounded by open countryside. ACCOMMODATION The double glazed and gas centrally heated accommodation which boasts exposed roof beams in the majority of rooms is entered via an entrance hall with two windows to the front elevation, oak flooring, exposed brickwork, a radiator and meter cupboard and houses a cloakroom with two piece suite. The hallway leads to a sitting room having a feature brick fireplace with inset gas-fired cast iron burner, exposed roof trusses, two radiators, a window to the front elevation, two Velux rooflights and French doors to the side elevation. The dining room has a radiator, two windows to the side and rear elevations and French doors to the rear.
