"A three bedroom semi detached family home situated in this highly popular residential location. The property itself benefits from gas fired central heating and being majority UPVC double glazed with UPVC fascias and soffits and is offered with no onward chain. The accommodation is entered via a obscure glazed door into entrance porch which has doorway giving access to the entrance hall which has stairs rising to the first floor and doorways giving access to the following accommodation. The lounge has a UPVC bay window overlooking the front elevation, coving to ceiling, television point, inset gas coal effect fire with marble hearth, backcloth and wooden surround which in turn opens into the dining area. The dining area has French doors opening into the rear garden and serving hatch to kitchen.
