"An extended two bedroomed bungalow situated in the popular residential district of Thurmaston. The property has gas fired central heating, UPVC double glazing and has been extended to the rear, also has potential for a loft conversion, subject to relevant planning consent. The property is offered with no onward chain. The accommodation is entered via a UPVC double glazed door into entrance porch which has obscure and glazed timber door giving access to the entrance hall. The entrance hall has doors to the following: Bedroom one has a bay window to the front and a range of built in wardrobes and over head storage and having coving to ceiling. Bedroom two has window to the front. The bathroom is fitted with a P shaped bath with shower over, glass side screen, sink set into vanity unit with storage under, tiled splash backs and vinyl flooring.
