"A traditional two double bedroom terraced property situated close to the heart of Syston town centre which enjoys open views across playing fields. The property itself benefits from double glazing, electric storage heating and would benefit from some cosmetic improvement. The accommodation briefly comprises, lounge, separate dining room, kitchen, sunroom, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation is entered by a timber door into the lounge which has an electric fire with tiled surround, built in meter cupboard, vinyl flooring and a door giving access to the inner lobby from which there are stairs rising to the first floor and a door leading to the dining room. The dining room has a wall mounted gas fire with tiled heart and surround, vinyl flooring, double glazed patio doors leading to the sun room and door leading to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units with work surfaces over, stainless sink and drainer unit with mixer tap, plumbing for washing machine, built in under stairs cupboard, vinyl flooring and a door leading to the sunroom whic is of brick and timber glazed construction and has an electric storage heater and vinyl flooring. To the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one has a window overlooking the front and an original fire place whilst bedroom two has a window overlooking the rear which enjoys views of the playing field and also an original fire place. The bathroom is fitted with a white suite that comprises panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, obscure window to the rear, built in storage and vinyl flooring. Outside, to the rear of the property, is a paved low maintenance garden which has mature shrubs and flower borders. There is also a brick outhouse and separate WC and a private gated side access along the side of the property. General Information SERVICES: Mains gas, electricity, water and drainage. Situation The property is situated in the attractive village of Syston conveniently located to the north of Leicester providing good access to the nearby towns of Loughborough and Melton. Syston itself offers good local amenities including shopping precinct, libraries, church and schools. Directions Leaving our Syston office, turn right onto High Street and proceed along taking the left hand turn onto Walkers Way. Follow the road around past the brook and at the junction take a left turn onto St Peters Street. Turn right onto Broad Way and continue over the crossroads onto Necton Street. Finally turn right onto West Street where the property can be located on the left hand side."
