"We are pleased to present to the market this charming two bedroomed mid terraced house which would ideally suit investment/first time buyer. The property is situated close to Syston town centre and benefits from gas fired central heating, uPVC double glazing and pleasant rear garden. The accommodation is entered via a glazed timber door into lounge. The lounge has stripped wooden flooring with feature fireplace with log burner (available by separate negotiation) with tiled hearth and feature pine surround, built-in meter cupboard and shutters to window. The separate dining room has wood effect laminate flooring with exposed brick chimney breast, built-in storage cupboard, window overlooking the rear garden, door giving access to the stairs and glazed door giving access to the kitchen.
