"MAIN DESCRIPTION FIRST RECEPTION ROOM

The room is bright and airy and has a large bay fronted window that looks out to the front of the property. It has neutral decor and laminate wood effect flooring.

SECOND RECEPTION ROOM

This room is currently being used as the family lounge. It is modern and has a fresh and homely feel. Again there is neutral decor but there is feature walls either side of the chimney breast the floor is laminate wood effect. Double doors open up and look out onto the back garden.
