"This lovely, extended family home in sought after location must be viewed to appreciate the accommodation on offer. Through the front door into the entrance hall you are greeted with stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the downstairs rooms. The living room is spacious with a bay window to the front aspect allowing the natural light to flood in and has a gas fire with feature surround making it the perfect room for relaxing. The family dining kitchen is fitted with a an array of wall and base units, stainless steel sink drainer with mixer tap, electric oven, gas hob and extractor over and plumbing for a washing machine.The dining area has room for a table and chairs for family meals and entertaining whilst the inner lobby has space for an american style fridge freezer. The conservatory has tiled floor and french doors leading to the garden. Through to the second living room, downstairs shower room and further room used by the current owners as a bedroom which could be utilised as a separate living area perfect for an elderly relative or teenagers.
