"Situated adjacent to the sought after Fairfield estate is this three bedroom detached property. Surrounded by a plethora of semi-detached properties this detached property is unique in this particular location. The property is offered with no upward chain and occupies a good size plot that includes a garage to the side and outbuildings to the rear that offer scope for conversion or extension subject to local planning permission. The property does require refurbishment and modernisation throughout although it does benefit from majority UPVC double glazed windows. The property briefly comprises of an entrance hall with stairs rising to the first floor and two useful understairs storage cupboards. Off the entrance hall are two reception rooms and the kitchen. The reception room to the front of the property benefits from a feature bay window to the front aspect and the room to the rear has sliding patio doors that lead through to a conservatory that overlooks the rear garden. There is currently a set of doors that separate these two rooms but the room could be opened up to form a generous lounge/diner. The kitchen has a tiled flooring and a range of base and wall mounted units with a window to the side aspect.
