"Positioned at the head of the cul de sac, this home benefits from having four double bedrooms, making this an ideal property for a growing family. The Entrance Hall is entered via the upvc front door and has stairs to the first floor and door in to the Lounge. The Lounge has a box bay window to front and feature fireplace with gas fire, coving to ceiling, dado rail and ceiling rose. An archway gives access to the Dining Area with space for a table and chairs and having door in to the Kitchen and sliding patio doors to the rear. The Kitchen is fitted with wall and base units with cooker space and undercounter fridge space. There is a window giving views over the garden, an understairs cupboard and door in to the Utility Room.
