"A traditional two bedroom terrace in a popular area of Leicester which is currently tenanted and may be of particular interest to an investor. The property additionally has a refitted kitchen and downstairs WC. On the first floor there is two double bedrooms accessed from the landing and the bathroom which has a suite comprising of a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. There is partial tiling, a cupboard and a window to the rear. Externally, there is a rear yard with a timber shed. Situation Aylestone as an area which can be found to the south of the city centre and is popular for its links into the city as well as providing excellent access to the motorway networks of the M1/M69 and Fosse Park for all its shopping facilities. The property is close to local shops, schools, parks and Leicester City Football Club stadium as well as the Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital. The area is served well by local bus routes and has convenient access to the city of Leicester Directions Proceed out of Leicester via A426/Aylestone Road.
