Location Henley Road is conveniently located for access to the city centre and is within easy walking distance of the local shops along Fosse Road North with an abundance of trendy bars, restaurants and shops can be found along the nearby Braunstone Gate, Narborough Road and Hinckley Road.

Accommodation A wooden front door with leaded windows either side leads into a porch with feature leaded porthole windows to either side and tiled flooring. An inner wooden and glazed door with leaded side windows leads into an entrance hall housing the stairs to the first floor. The sitting room has a window to the front elevation, a fireplace surround with an inset gas living flame effect fire, tiled hearth and back, a picture rail and a door to the rear elevation.
