"A newly refurbished detached family house located close to the centre of Groby and within easy walking distance of schools, shops and other local amenities. Half first months rent for applications received by 15th February. On entering the property immediately to your left is a shower-room, which was added by the current owners and is an extremely useful additional wash area, especially for those with children. To the right is the lounge which offers a feature fireplace and double doors leading through to the separate dining room to the rear.
