"We are pleased to offer for sale this individually designed four bedroom detached family home, situated down a pleasant lane and set within the much sought after village of Barsby. The property itself does require some general upgrading and offers fantastic potential. The accommodation is entered via a glazed front door into an entrance porch. This has a doorway giving access to the lounge area, which has a feature wood-burning stove, sliding double glazed patio doors to the front and stairs rising to the first floor. The dining area has sliding double glazed patio doors to the rear. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with roll edge work surfaces. It also has a stainless steel twin sink and drainer with mixer tap, tiled splashbacks, an electric hob with overhead extractor, an electric double oven and grill and vinyl flooring. The kitchen has a door door to a glazed and timber construction the lean-to containing a tap. The ground floor bathroom has airing cupboard, a sink set into vanity unit with storage underneath, a low level WC, a panelled bath and vinyl flooring. There is also a downstairs bedroom that has a range of built-in wardrobes containing overhead storage. To the first floor there are three bedrooms and a shower room. The shower room has a walk-in cubicle, a low level WC, a wall mounted wash hand basin, tiled walls, a built-in cupboard and vinyl flooring. Bedrooms two and three have built-in storage. A particular feature of the property is a galleried landing that overlooks the lounge. There is scope for adding a further bedroom in this space. Bedroom three enjoys views of open countryside. Outside to the front of the property there is a tarmac driveway and a paved front garden providing ample off road parking which in turn leads to further paved off road parking. The property has a car port with wrought wrought iron gates which lead to a large garage. This garage has an up and over door and is suppied with power and light. Enter the village of Queniborough and turn right onto Syston Road. Continue through and out of Queniborough, eventually coming to crossroads and turning left onto Station Road. Enter Barsby and turn left at the crossroads onto Main Street. As the road bends to the right continue straight-on onto The Lane where the property can be located on the right hand side as advertised by our for sale board."
