"A well presented and maintained three bedroom traditional terrace in an established residential area. The property has two reception rooms, an upstairs bathroom and an outside WC/washroom. The property may make an ideal first time buy. The property is accessed via a door into a hallway with stairs to the first floor. To the left is the dining room which has a radiator, window to the front and wood laminate flooring. Beyond this is the lounge which has a feature fire place and surround, radiator and a window to the rear. The kitchen is fitted with a gas range point with cooker hood over, integrated fridge, wall and base cupboards with work surfaces and sink drainer and door and window to the side. Externally there is a wash room with plumbing for a washing machine and a separate WC On the first floor are three bedrooms, the largest one having a range of fitted wardrobes, and the family bathroom which has a suite comprising of bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. There is partial tiling, a radiator and a window to the rear. Externally, the rear garden us mainly paved and there is a gate to the rear shared access path. Situation Located in the popular residential area of Aylestone, the property is served well by local shops, schools, universities, Leicester Royal Infirmary and amenities. The Fosse Park shopping district is close by and access via main roads is given to Leicester City Centre and the major motorway networks.
