"A well maintained modern first floor flat in a popular residential area within the vicinity of Glenfield Hospital. The property may be of particular interest to first time buyers or investors and to the rear of the property there are views overlooking mature trees. The property is accessed via an intercom secured communal door into a communal hallway with stairs to the first floor landing. From here a door opens into the apartment’s hallway which has a useful storage cupboard. To the left is the master bedroom which has fitted wardrobes, an electric storage heater and a window to the rear. Adjacent to this is the second bedroom which is a good size and again has an electric storage heater and a window to the rear. The lounge/diner is beyond this and has a balcony overlooking mature trees which is a particular feature of the property. This space also features the kitchen area and this is fitted with an electric oven and hob with cooker hood over, washing machine and space for a slim line dishwasher, space for fridge freezer, wall and base cupboards with sink drainer and work surface areas and a window to the front. Take the fourth exit on the island onto Glenfrith Way and at the second set of traffic lights turn left onto Hallgate Drive. Continue onto Lady Hay Road and then turn left into Strathern Road. Blakeshay Close can be found on the left hand side. At the end bear left and the apartment can be found in the first block on the right hand side."
