"Positioned in Winchester Place in Blaby, this semi detached home was built approximately two years ago and benefits from a modern Kitchen/Diner, Lounge, Downstairs Cloakroom, Three Double Bedrooms and a Master En Suite. There is an enclosed rear Garden and Off Road Parking to the side. Enter the home through the Upvc front door in to the Entrance Hallway which has tiled flooring and a sizable understairs storage cupboard. The Cloakroom is fitted with a low level wc, pedestal wash hand basin, radiator and extractor fan, with cupboard space housing the wall mounted boiler. There is a continuation of the tiled flooring. The Lounge runs from front to rear, having windows both ends and television point. The modern Kitchen/Diner tiled flooring througout and the Dining Area has space for a table and chairs and double French doors leading out to the rear.
