"A well presented and maintained traditional three bedroom semi in a popular residential area. The property is offered for sale with no upward chain and viewing is recommended. The property is approached via a frontage with slate chipped area, path to the front and a shared driveway to the garage. The front entrance door opens into the hallway which has stairs to the first floor. To the left is a through lounge which has a gas fire, two radiators, a bay window to the front and patio doors to the rear. This room was originally two separate reception rooms and may be partitioned again. The kitchen has a gas cooker point with cooker hood over, plumbing for a washing machine, matching wall and base cupboards with work surfaces and sink drainer, tiled floor, window to the side and a door to a rear lobby which leads to the rear garden, storage and WC. The first floor accommodation is accessed from the landing which has a window to the side. There are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, and a single bedroom to the front of the property. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a white suite comprising of a bath with shower and screen over, WC and wash basin and there is tiling to the walls and a radiator. The loft is accessed by a drop down ladder in the rear bedroom, is boarded and has a skylight window and provides handy extra space.
