"Yew Tree Farmhouse is a delightful property situated in the heart of Willoughby Waterleys. The home is surrounded by a walled garden to ensure privacy and briefly comprises of three reception rooms with additional rooms including, conservatory, utility room and cellar. Outside the home offers substantial outbuildings with an option for development (subject to building constraints). There is an option to purchase a pony paddock by separate negotiation of approx 7 acres at ?15,000 per acre.
