" Queens Road is located within the heart of Hinckley. A popular local park is a short walk away and Saint Peter's Catholic School, Hinckley is also a short walk away on London Road. There is a Tesco and Lidl close by, and within walking distance is the train station and town centre of Hinckley which has a wide variety of shops, and also the local hospital and health centre. 

ENTRANCE HALL 3' 2" x 4' 0" (0.98m x 1.23m) Enter the house via the double glazed door. Ahead is a storage cupboard and to the right the entrance into the kitchen diner.
