"Woodbrook Drive is a little known road in a very quiet part of Highfield and this three bedroom semi-detached property occupies arguably the best location tucked away very privately in a cul-de-sac setting and has a superb corner plot with driveway, detached garage & south facing rear garden.The driveway has been block paved and fits up to 3 cars leading to detached garage. The land extends to the side and rear to effectively double the size of the rear garden which has a sunny aspect and although backs onto other houses is very private. Built in the 1960's the house has been owned from new by our clients and although it does require some cosmetic updating, is in excellent condition. it also benefits from a modern gas central heating system with Worcester combination boiler, the windows and doors are high quality hardwood and all double glazed and the bathroom has been refitted within the last 2 years. The accommodation briefly comprises of a good sized entrance porch, a open plan living arrangement with lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen plus a conservatory which provides another family room with aspects over the garden. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom. The loft has been part boarded with lighting and there is a garden shed & greenhouse with electrics for storage."
