"229 Wigan Road has firmly established itself as the premier apartment development in Wigan and this is one of the finest in the whole block. This remarkable property is not only one of the largest (only 3 penthouses are bigger) but has one thing that makes it different from the others. A garden! There is a large attractive patio area stretching all the way around the back of the property and to the side with extensive views over Haigh and stretching as far as Winter Hill. Please note that nobody has any right of access through these so they are also very private. Not only that but this is the only property with its own private entrance with allocated parking for 2 cars directly outside the door - making this feel more like a two bedroom bungalow whilst still enjoying the benefits of apartment living namely less maintenance and added security.
