The property is also a short drive from junction 25 of the M6 motorway and the M58 motorway making it ideal for those that need to commute to work. The accommodation briefly comprises of entrance leading to spacious lounge, dining room with modern fitted kitchen to the rear elevation, two double bedrooms & bathroom with modern three piece shower suite in white. There is a driveway and garden to the front and generous garden with lawn, patio, borders to the rear. Internal viewing is highly recommended to appreciate this property in full. Neutral decor throughout. No Pets. No DSS. No Smokers.

Agency Fees
Application fee including agency fees (non refundable) for a single applicant is ?80.00 + VAT (?96.00). Two applicants is ?150.00 + VAT (?180.00). Every additional applicant is ?35.00 + VAT (?42.00).
