The property would be ideal for those who require access to the M6 and M58 and the transport networks these supply. The property is a short walk from a selection of good local schools and local amenities and would suit family. The property briefly comprises of entrance / hallway leading to a spacious lounge with fire and surround, separate dining room / reception 2 and modern fitted kitchen with access to the garage via external door which also leads to the rear garden. To the first floor there is are three good sized bedrooms - two with fitted robes and stairs leading to a loft conversion providing a large office / playroom - again with fitted robes and also benefitting from a W.C. To the front of the property is a driveway and lawn with borders and to the rear there is a good sized decking area, lawn and borders with mature trees. Upon check out at the end of the tenancy agreement the tenant(s) will be responsible to pay the inventory check out fee of ?25.00 + VAT (?30.00) for unfurnished properties, ?35.00 + VAT (?42.00) for furnished properties and a deposit protection fee of ?40.00 + VAT (?48.00) which covers the deposit protection costs and agency administration fees in protecting your deposit with an approved government body.
