"Looking for a true bungalow in Orrell then look no further than this - you will not be disappointed. This provides everything that you are likely to need including a good quiet location on the estate, a spacious driveway and garage and well-presented accommodation including 3 good sized bedrooms.The whole of the property has been updated in recent years including the kitchen and a modern three piece bathroom with a shower over a p-shaped bath and features a clean modern decor and newly plastered ceilings. It is warmed by gas central heating, all the fascias, gutters etc have been replaced with low maintenance PVC and the windows and doors are new uPVC double glazed units. The bungalow requires no work and is ready to be moved straight into. However there is also plenty of extra potential with enough land to side or rear for extensions and/or a conservatory plus a large loft that could easily be converted. If a buyer wanted a bigger kitchen then you could knock though into one of the bedrooms at the rear."
