The accommodation briefly comprising of entrance vestibule leading to a spacious lounge with separate kitchen / dining area. To the first floor there are two good sized bedrooms and bathroom with modern three piece suite in white with shower over bath and his and hers sinks. The property is warmed by gas central heating and also benefits from partial double glazing. The property would suit couple / professional or small family. Internal viewings are highly recommended. DSS considered with guarantor.

Agency Fees
Application fee including agency fees (non refundable) for a single applicant is ?100.00. Two applicants is ?150.00 (?75 per person).
