"Tucked away at the bottom of a quiet and incredibly popular residential estate this semi-detached home occupies an eye-catching and lovely, mature plot with substantial walled gardens to front and side and modern detached garage allowing scope for extensions plus providing ample off road parking. These dormer bungalows were originally designed and built as a 3 bed with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and two further bedrooms on the 1st floor. Our clients have opened the ground floor bedroom into the main living room creating a substantial and contemporary open plan living space. There is a spacious entrance hallway, modern fitted kitchen and white 3 piece bathroom suite. Both bedrooms upstairs are large enough to fit a double bed. Over the years, the property has been very well looked after, though would benefit from some upgrading.
