"We are so excited about listing this house as it is a wee gem of a property and we know you will love it; he house is great, the gardens are fantastic and the area is just lovely so what is not to love? You will find Springfield Drive situated just off Fleetwood Road North, so in a superb catchment area for local primary & secondary schools. The property itself is on a corner plot and because of this, the gardens are impressive and the private driveway is ample enough to park several vehicles. Inside and you will not be disappointed, you are greeted by a spacious hall way with stairs leading up to the first floor and a cupboard that houses the gas and electric meters. From here you go through to the open plan living/dining room - a bright and spacious bay fronted room with a real flame gas fire and French doors out to the rear gardens. Next is the kitchen - a funky, modern space with high gloss units in cream and deep purple. There is an integrated electric oven and matching microwave in addition to the gas hob, extractor fan and integrated washer/dryer and also a space for your own fridge/ freezer. Up to the first floor: there are two double bedrooms and a further single room that may be more suitable as a dressing room or home office. Then there is the bathroom - stunning!
