An early internal inspection is essential to appreciate this extended semi detached house situated in the Holland Moor area of Skelmersdale. The accommodation briefly comprises of a double glazed door to the entrance hall with laminate flooring and understairs storage. The lounge has a wall mounted gas fire, laminate flooring, radiator and double glazed window. This then opens to a dining room which has double glazed French doors to the conservatory, laminate flooring, radiator and a door into the kitchen. The conservatory has tiled flooring, electric power points and double glazed windows. The dining kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units with work tops over, partial tiling, gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, inset sink unit, tiled flooring, space for appliances, breakfast bar, door to the garage and a door to the front. To the first floor, the landing has a double glazed window and leads to bedroom one which has four double glazed windows, fitted wardrobes, two radiators and access to an en suite comprising of a shower cubicle, low level WC, wall mounted wash hand basin and tiled walls. Bedroom two has a double glazed window and a radiator. The third bedroom has a double glazed window and a radiator also. The bathroom has a panelled bath with shower over and screen, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, radiator, tiling to walls and floor. Outside to the front there is a block paved driveway and an open plan lawn with flower borders. To the rear, there is a decking area, lawn, flower borders, mature trees and shrubs.
