The property is situated in the popular Birch Green area of Skelmersdale which has good access to the town centre and the recently built West Lancashire College. There is also access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club and the towns of Ormskirk and Wigan for shopping. There are excellent local public transport routes as well as road links to include access to the M58 and M6 motorways
