The area of Felstead has good access to Ashurst Beacon Country Park and Golf Club and the West Lancashire College. Road links include access to the M6 and M58 motorways. The Concourse town centre is also nearby and there is access to a bus route from Wigan through to Ormskirk.

Our View

An early inspection is essential to appreciate the beautifully presented accommodation that we feel would appeal to a variety of purchasers. Being situated in a cul de sac position, the accommodation boasts a lounge with two double glazed windows, laminate flooring and a gas fire set in a decorative surround. The dining room has a double glazed window and laminate flooring also. There is a kitchen having a range of wall and base units with work tops over, inset sink unit, electric cooker point, wall mounted boiler, tiled walls and flooring, double glazed external door and a double glazed window. To complete the ground floor there is the added benefit of a conservatory being of a double glazed construction. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both having a double glazed window and a radiator. There is also a modern bathroom comprising of a panelled bath, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin, double glazed window and tiled walls. Outside, there is a driveway and an open plan front garden with lawn, flower borders, mature trees and shrubs. Directions :-

Leave the Concourse town centre, stay left onto Northway and pass through four roundabouts. Bear left onto Birch Green Road and at the roundabout, take the second exit. Turn right into Felstead where the property can be found on the right hand side.
