An early inspection is essential to appreciate this family accommodation on offer. The property is accessed via a double glazed door into the entrance porch, where there is a built in cupboard. The utility room has base units with work-surfaces over, space for appliances, a door to the garage, a double glazed door, a double glazed window and access through to the cloakroom/WC which has a two piece suite. To the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite which has a double shower cubicle, low level WC and a pedestal wash hand basin. There are a further three bedrooms, two of which with built in cupboards. Completing the internal accommodation, is the family bathroom which has a double shower cubicle, corner panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin and a low level WC, as well as tiling to the walls and a double glazed window. Outside, there is an open plan laid to lawn front garden with flower borders and a double driveway, one leading to double gates and one leading to the garage. There is also an enclosed rear garden which is laid to lawn with flower borders, mature trees and shrubs, a summer house and a seating area.

From The Concourse town centre, leave Southway towards Northway and pass through three roundabouts. At the last roundabout, take the first exit onto Ashmead Road and then turn right into Mountwood, where the property can be found.
