Th utility room has wall and base units, work tops, partial tiling, double glazed door to rear and plumbing for washing machine. The conservatory with ceramic floor, radiator, and double glazed windows. The first floor landing has loft access, bedroom one with double glazed window, laminate floor, fitted wardrobes and an alcove for a tv with tv point.
