Early inspection is essential to appreciate this beautifully presented detached house situated in a small cul de sac and that we feel would appeal to a range of buyers. Comprising of a single glazed door to entrance lobby, an entrance hall with laminate floor, radiator and built in cupboard and there is a cloakroom with a double glazed window, radiator, low level WC, wall mounted wash hand basin and tiled floor. The lounge has a double glazed window, a decorative fire surround with built in log burner, laminate floor and a radiator. The dining room has double glazed French doors, laminate floor and a radiator. The kitchen has a modern range of wall and base units, work tops, partial tiling, inset sink unit, extractor fan, gas hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, breakfast bar, three double glazed windows and a door to the garage and larder cupboard. To the first floor, the landing has loft access and a radiator. There are four bedrooms with the master having access to an en suite wet room comprising of a low level WC, wall mounted wash hand basin, electric shower, tiled floor, panelled ceiling, heated towel rail and double glazed window. The family bathroom has a panelled bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, double glazed window, tiled walls and flooring. From the Concourse town centre, leave Southway towards Northway and bear left onto Northway. Pass through three roundabouts and at the next roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Houghtons Road. At the next roundabout, take the first exit onto Ashurst Road and at the roundabout take the third exit onto Kestrel Park. Keep left to stay on Kestrel Mews where the property is on the left hand side.
