"Carr Mount is a deceivingly spacious three bedroom character property located in the centre of Rawtenstall. Having been a loving family home over the years, but in need of improvements, the property is brimming with potential. With an enviable central location within minutes of the busy town centre and the abundance of amenities it has to offer, including many bars, shops and eateries all within walking distance.
