Here we have a really spacious, well presented three bedroomed family home - modernised throughout with a gorgeous open plan kitchen leading onto a professionally landscaped garden and three double bedrooms (not a pokey box room in sight!) You could move straight in!

It has fabulous views across the Rossendale Valley and is close to Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall, with great motorway links taking you to either Manchester city centre or the coast in about half an hour.

The property has been refurbished throughout to a really high standard - with most rooms benefiting from the 'new' treatment and presented in 'move in' condition.

All three bedrooms are very equal in size - spacious and all doubles. The footprint of the property is very similar to the four bedroom houses on this estate - it just has three bigger bedrooms instead of four smaller ones. if you are looking for more bedrooms the house could easily be extended over the garage or divided differently at minimal cost and disruption in our opinion.

Downstairs there is a large living room with power flue living flame gas fire, black marble surround and chunky mango wood surround. At the back of the house is a modern, open plan kitchen, dining and conservatory space with French doors leading directly out onto a professionally landscaped garden with a deck, electrics and lights. The conservatory is currently presented as a play area but has previously provided a second sun lounge with ample room for a corner couch or suite.

The house has lovely big windows letting in loads of light and great views but, because it occupies one of the largest plots on this estate, benefits from a large front garden and sits in an elevated position from the road ensuring maximum privacy and room for three cars to park easily.

There is an integral garage with a recently fitted lockable Hormann up and over white steel lockable door which provides a great storage space for bikes etc - you can just stick them straight into the back of your car. The house has also had matching newly fitted white uPVC cladding to a covered area at the front door as well as new fascia boards all round.
