Conveniently located for access to local superstores, chemist, post office, public houses, restaurants, schools, bus routes, Preston City Centre, Southport and main motorway connections. Directions From our Fulwood office head south on Garstang Road towards Preston City Centre for approximately 2.2 miles, taking the roads signposted for Southport / Liverpool/ A59. Continue towards Penwortham, at the roundabout take the first exit toward Southport. Take the second turning, immediately taking the first right underneath the main carriageway. At the junction turn left on to Chapel lane, Kentmere Drive can be located fourth turning on the left. Following the road up and round to the right the property can be located on the right hand side in the cul de sac. Entrance Porch As you enter the property, you step through into the porch with an inner door to the hallway, and an electric meter cupboard to the side.
