At the next roundabout take the second exit and at the next mini roundabout take the second exit, proceed down the High Street and bear left at The Royal Oak Hotel onto Bridge Street and take the first exit at the mini roundabout. At the next roundabout turn left on to Dimples Lane. Continue along this road, over the canal bridge and at the bottom of this junction turn left onto Calder House Lane. Continue along this road over the canal bridge under the railway bridge and over the motorway bridge for approximately a mile and a half. Take the next right turn at the sign post for Calder Vale. Continue down into the village and the property is located across from the village green over the small bridge, past the mill, bearing left onto Long Row where the subject property will be on the right hand side in the middle of the row. ACCOMMODATION The Accommodation comprises of Lounge with feature fireplace and Open Plan Kitchen. To the First Floor there are Two Bedrooms and a Shower Room.
