Thanks to a dormer loft conversion and significant extensions to the rear, it now boasts four bedrooms and 1361 SQ.FT. of internal living space.It is essential to view this semi-detached house as its unlike any other house on the estate or indeed in the village. Spread over three floors it comprises a welcoming entrance hallway with staircase and storage, a spacious lounge with wood burner leading open plan into a high quality conservatory/family room. The conservatory has underfloor heating and aspects over the rear garden. The kitchen has been extended and updated with all new units incorporating modern built-in appliances.
