This well located bungalow would suit a variety of purchasers and has good access Royton, Shaw and Oldham centres and to public transport links. The bungalow is situated at the head of the cul de sac and briefly comprises entrance porch, lounge, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a garage and driveway to the side of the property and a lawned garden to front and rear. The property is in need of some modernisation and offers good sized living accommodation in a highly regarded location. EPC ratings D.

Location

The property is located in a highly desirable area within Royton at the head of a cul de sac. The property has access to Royton, Shaw and Oldham via bus routes, but also has access to Manchester City centre and beyond via the local metrolink and the good access to the M60 and M62 motorway network. The property is located with access to both primary and secondary schools, shops, and restaurants. Oldham hospital is nearby.

This bungalow offers large living accommodation but does however require some modernisation. The property is entered via the entrance porch which leads onto the hallway. Bedroom two is on the left hand side, overlooking the front garden and the cul de sac. The lounge, which again is to the front of the property, has a large window over looking the cul de sac. The master bedroom is to the rear and overlooks the rear garden. The bathroom is also off the hallway, offering a white three piece suite and partially tiled walls. The kitchen and dining area is the last room off the hallway, offering a range of wall and base units and a sink and drainer unit. The gas fired boiler is also located in the kitchen and has a door opening out onto the lawned garden. There is a small extension to the side of the kitchen. Externally the house has a long driveway providing off road parking for a number of vehicles, a single garage and lawned gardens to the front and rear of the property. From our Shaw office, head towards Crompton roundabout and take the second exit onto Manchester Road. Continue forward as it turns into Shaw Road. Proceed through to two set of traffic lights and at the junction with Oldham Road continue forward through the third set of traffic lights.
