"We love this true bungalow in Westgate! Fully modernised and having a modern kitchen, conservatory, two double bedrooms, garage, driveway and garden! It's great for mobility too as there's a modern wet room and ramp access to the front.

What's the area like? Situated in the ever popular residential area of Westgate in Morecambe. Westgate is a popular residential area of Morecambe. Whilst peaceful it is not far from the Shrimp roundabout making it handy for the villages of Bare and Torrisholme or for travel into Morecambe town centre. You don't need to travel far if you don't want to though, Westgate is well served with local amenities. There's a parade of shops and businesses with supermarkets and local shops and a local doctor's surgery. The majority of the properties are bungalows, either semi detached or detached but there are flats and townhouses too. Westgate has become increasingly popular in recent years and really established itself as a sought after residential area. Will the lay out work for us? This is a true bungalow meaning it's all on one level. There's an entrance hallway, lounge, modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and wet room. To the rear and accessed off the kitchen, there is a generous conservatory. Outside you will find a low maintenance front garden, driveway, detached garage and at the rear a generous rear garden.
