"TRADITIONAL SEMI DETACHED HOME. Located on a quiet Grove is this extended three bed family home. The property opens onto a spacious hallway and ground floor presents two reception rooms and a fitted kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The property has been extended to the rear and enjoys a large south facing garden with decking area. There is a driveway and separate garage providing plenty of off street parking.

THE LOCATION Windsor Grove is located in the Regent Park area of Morecambe. Close to the town centre and within a mile of the sea front, this area has become popular with growing families. Most of the properties around this area are post war semi detached such as this one, and benefit a garage and driveway. The area is a quiet residential location enjoying easy access to regular bus routes running in and out of Morecambe and Lancaster.
