"A ground floor flat in the heart of beautiful Bare! Situated on a pleasant private courtyard with a garage and generous dimensions throughout this flat is just round the corner from the village centre in Bare.

Location
Tudor Grove is a private courtyard style development situated in the popular village of Bare on the outskirts of Morecambe. The location is superb with peaceful immediate surroundings and yet having a whole host of amenities right around the corner with Bare village. Bare has a thriving local community and a great variety of businesses, shops, pubs and restaurants. The promenade is close by as is the golf club and Happy Mount Park. For travel the main bus route runs along Princes Crescent and Bare has a convenient train station which connects to Morecambe, Lancaster and the main West Coast line.

A Brief Introduction
Situated on a private courtyard in bare this attractive ground floor flat enjoys a great location and private surroundings. There is an entrance hallway, lounge diner, separate kitchen and two bedrooms. Outside there is a garage and communal gardens. the flat enjoys double glazing and gas central heating.

The Living Accommodation
The front door opens onto the hallway from where there is access straight ahead into the lounge diner. This attractive room is well proportioned and the double glazed picture window to the front.
