This semi detached true bungalow offers great sized accommodation, two bedrooms, a gated block paved driveway, garage and a charming and private rear garden complete with potting shed! There's no chain so you could be moving in sooner than you thought!

Village Location Pedder Road is situated in the rural village of Overton. Overton is steeped in history, an old fishing village it lies south west of the city of Lancaster, between Heysham and the Lune Estuary. The oldest parts of the the church, St Helen's, date back to the 12th Century. The village school, again St Helen's C of E primary school is very well thought of and in recent years has attracted young families to the area. Overton is well places for access to Heysham Bypass and with the extension of the link road connecting to the M6, now under way road links for commuters will improve even more. Overton gives you the option of enjoying a rural and peaceful home life yet still being close enough to amenities, towns and the city to never be isolated. The cycle path out of Lancaster has also been extended along the Lune and a bus service serves the village. A True Bungalow A semi detached true bungalow which is majority uPVC double glazed and has a gas central heating system with combination boiler. The bungalow is generous with double bedrooms to both the front and rear. There is a vestibule, hallway, front lounge, rear fitted kitchen and bathroom. The master bedroom is situated to the rear overlooking the rear garden, they are both well presented. The bathroom houses a three piece bathroom suite with bath, wash basin and low flush WC. Outside To the front of the home is a front garden with mature shrubs and plants and there is a gated driveway which extends down the side of the house allowing access to the rear garage which is detached. At the rear you will find a private rear garden which is flagged and has a planted border. There is also a potting shed with power and light."
