"This property is ideal for a family as it's close to amenities and schools! With three bedrooms, a four piece bathroom and a through lounge diner there is more space inside than you may first think!

ABOUT THE LOCATION Needham Avenue is in a residential area of Morecambe with good access to the town centre but having the great advantage of open fields close by. There's a handy corner shop if you don't want to go as far as town and regular buses connect the area to Morecambe, Lancaster and the villages. The area has become increasingly popular with local families and having such good local amenities and being within the reach of popular schools it is not hard to see why. Needham Avenue is tucked off Acre Moss Lane and this area does not tend to get passing traffic so it is more peaceful than many of the neighbouring streets. As well as local families the area also attracts more mature buyers and the properties themselves, being a mix of semi detached houses and bungalows reflect these groups. WHAT WE LIKE...
