THE LOCATION An excellent residential location which has been traditionally popular with families for many years. There is a mix of terraced and semi detached houses in this area but Lowlands Road itself comprises mainly of 1930's semi detached family homes, number 20 is one of these. A fairly quiet residential road Lowlands leads down towards the cycle track and traffic is therefore mainly residential. With good access to Lancaster Road the area enjoys good travel links and there is a regular bus service along Lancaster Road itself. The train station is within half a mile too and the town centre is convenient. The area enjoys some great local amenities though with popular schools, shops and a health centre to name but a few. Number 20 enjoys a corner position and has generous outside space. PROPERTY OVERVIEW A generous 1930's semi detached family house which briefly offers a hallway, lounge, dining room, extended kitchen, three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
