Property is a semi-detached two bedroom bungalow in a quiet road of similar properties which is part of large estate situated between the centre of Morecambe and the White Lund Industrial Estate. Estimated to have been built 1960’s.
Construction is cavity walls (uninsulated) beneath a pitched tiled roof . Glazing is double glazed UPVC frames throughout, installation date not confirmed but estimated 2001/2. Main bedroom: 2.9m X 3.9m. plus dressing room area 1.9m X 1.8. Featured archway.  Double radiator with TRV. Window to rear garden. Centre lights.

Bathroom: 2.3m X 1.9m. Centre light, 3 piece white bathroom suite. Tiled surrounds, Shower over bath supplied from main DHW system. Obscured glass window to driveway

A small front garden laid to lawn with shrubs. A tarmac driveway from the road down the side of the house to a detached single car garage. Parking space for 3 cars on the driveway. Rear garden laid to lawn with small patio area adjacent to the extension at the rear of the property. Perimeter walls and fences in fair condition.
Garage is 2.6 m x 5.4m and is not fitted with light or power. It has an “Up and Over door”
