"Dormer bungalow with driveway, garage & garden! Beautifully finished throughout and extensively modernised this generous Heysham home will delight buyers. From the modern kitchen diner to the elegant double fronted lounge, prepare to be impressed!

Location Woodlands Drive is situated in residential Heysham. The area is well served with local amenities with shops, churches and popular schools close by. At nearby Strawberry Gardens, there is a parade of shops, pubs and restaurants and the local library. Heysham village is not far away and the beach and promenade within walking distance too. The properties are mainly traditional semi detached family houses and bungalows such as this one. There's good access to the main bus routes and of course the Heysham bypass is easily accessible if your journey takes you further afield. The walls are tiled and modern flooring completes the look. The bath taps have a traditionally styled shower attachment. Upstairs is a further double bedroom with front outlook and built in wardrobe. Off the landing a further door leads to a storage area which could easily convert to a dressing room or perhaps en-suite. Outside To the front of the house is an ornamental front garden which is low maintenance.
